Your personal data is used solely for the purposes of organising and delivering Haddo Musical Theatre School’s programmes. We do not share your personal details with third parties unless:

We are committed to keeping your data safe. We take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access, loss, or misuse:
- Paper forms are stored securely and destroyed after 7 years
- Digital records are stored on encrypted drives or secure cloud services
- Any sensitive information (e.g. medical details) is kept confidential and only accessible to those who need it for safety reasons
Communication and Email
I may use your contact information to communicate with you about class times, cancellations, performance details, or other updates. Emails are not routinely encrypted; however, we do our best to ensure safe and secure communication. Please let me know if you prefer a different method of communication.
